Baked Beans





1 1⁄2 lb. dried beans, cooked* 
1⁄4 c. molasses
1⁄4 c. brown sugar
1 onion, chopped
1⁄4 lb. bacon, about 8 strips
1 T. dry mustard
1 t.salt
28 oz. tomatoes,crushed


Combine all ingredients. Bake, covered, in a 375-degree oven for 1 hour. This recipe can be frozen.

*Kidney, black, pinto, or navy beans are good choices for this recipe.
