1 small potato, sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
boneless beef roast
salt and pepper to taste
Place vegetables in bottom of a crockpot. Salt and pepper the meat and place in the pot. Add water. Cover and cook 10–12 hours.
